  1. How do I make a reservation?
    Reservations can be made on 4U Resort.com by following these simple steps:
    Step 1:
    Select check-in and check-out dates
    Select the number of adults and children in your party
    Click "Check Availability"
    Step 2:
    Click the "View All Rooms & Rates" button located under the information and photo featuring the Resort of interest
    Step 3:
    Click "Book" next to the desired room type/rate
    Step 4:
    Complete the "Guest Information" page
    Click to accept reservation terms
    Click "Confirm Reservation"
    A reservation confirmation number will appear
    Reserve a room now.
  2. Where can I find room descriptions?
    Descriptions of rooms can be viewed on Resort-specific sites or during the online room reservation process.
    To begin, please visit our Rates and Reservations page.
  3. What is the room rate? What taxes and/or additional charges apply?
    Room rates and availability display on 4U Resort.com during the online reservation process. Learn more about making a reservation online.
    After selecting a specific room by clicking "Book" next to the desired rate, the "Guest Information" page will display. This page includes a "Reservation Summary" section on the right side. The total rate, including additional charges and taxes appears here. Rates displayed do not include charges for special requests.
  4. Can I get my corporate rate when making a reservation online?
    When available, corporate rates may be reserved online by following the steps below:
    Step 1:
    Go to 4U Resort.com
    Select check-in and check-out dates
    Select the number of adults and children in your party
    Type your corporate number in the "Group/Corporate #" field
    Click "Check Availability"
    Step 2:
    Click the "View All Rooms & Rates" button located under the information and photo featuring the Resort of interest
    Step 3:
    Click "Book" next to the desired room type/rate
    Step 4:
    Complete the "Guest Information" page
    Click to accept reservation terms
    Click "Confirm Reservation"
    A reservation confirmation number will appear
    Reserve a room using your corporate rate now.
  5. Can I book more than one room at a time?
    Yes, you can reserve two rooms at a time. After selecting your travel dates, please select the number "2" from the drop-down box titled "Number of rooms."
    Make a reservation now.
  6. How will I know if the room I've selected is available?
    Only available rooms will display during the reservation process.
  7. What is 4U Resort's reservation guarantee?
    If you book a room on 4U Resort.com and prepay with a credit card, 4U Resort will have a room reserved for you when you arrive, or will provide, at no cost to you:
    A free night at a comparable Resort
    Free transportation to and from that Resort
    One free telephone call to advise your family where you can be reached
  8. Does 4U Resort guarantee my non-smoking room preference?
    All guest rooms are non-smoking
  9. How old must I be to reserve a room?
    Generally, the minimum age to reserve a guestroom at 4U Resort is 21 years old. However, this age may vary by Resort. Please check the specific policy of the Resort you plan to visit. A person of the minimum age requirement must be present at check-in and become a registered guest in the room.
  10. Can I pay for another guest's room (a friend, family member or co-worker, etc.) with my credit card?
    Yes, you may pay for another guest's room with your credit card. Simply complete the 4U Resort Credit Card Authorization Form, sign it and fax it to the Resort. The Resort fax number will automatically populate on the form when you select a Resort. We require customers to submit this form for their own credit card protection.
  11. What is a third-party credit card authorization?
    Credit card authorization forms are used if the guest holding the reservation is not paying for the room. For a third-party individual to pay for a room, he or she must complete the 4U Resort Credit Card Authorization Form, sign it and fax it to the Resort.
  12. Do I need to send a credit card authorization form for multiple rooms at the same Resort that are being billed to the same credit card?
    No, you only need to send one credit card authorization form.
  13. Why am I getting an error message that tells me I can't save the form to my computer?
    To protect your credit card information, we have not enabled this form to save your information.
  14. What should I do if I can't get the third-party credit card authorization form to display on 4U Resort.com?

  15. What type of identification must guests present at check-in if a third party is paying for the guest room?
    The guest will be required to present valid photo identification at check-in.
  16. Can I email the third-party credit card authorization form to the Resort?
    Unfortunately, you can't. In the interest of protecting your personal credit card information, we can only accept the 4U Resort Credit Card Authorization Form via fax. Sending credit card information by email is not a secure method of transmission.
  17. How will I know if the Resort received my authorization form?
    Your fax machine should provide a date and time stamp that indicates when the fax was received by the Resort. If you have any concerns regarding the status of the authorization form, please contact the Resort directly.

EXISTING RESERVATIONS

  1. Will I receive a confirmation of my reservation?
    Upon clicking "Confirm Reservation," the booking process is complete. A confirmation number will immediately display on the screen and an email confirmation will be sent to the address you provided within 30 minutes of making your reservation.
  2. How can I review and/or modify my reservation before it has been submitted?
    At any time before submitting your reservation, you can select "Change Details" within the "Reservation Summary" section on the right side of the page.
  3. How can I review and/or modify my reservation after it has been made?
    You may review or modify your reservation online using your first name, last name, and reservation confirmation number or credit card number. Your details will be sent securely.
    Some reservations may not be retrievable online. If you have problems retrieving your reservation, please contact us.

PROFILE AND PASSWORDS

  1. Do I need to set up an account or travel profile?
    You do not have to set up an account or profile to make online reservations or browse 4U Resort.com. However, logging in with a 4U VIP will simplify and speed-up the reservation process by automatically populating the reservation form as you make a reservation. It will also allow us to provide easy access to information that reflects your travel interests. Join 4U VIP now.
  2. If I am a 4U VIP member, do I need to create another account on 4U Resort.com?
    No. Simply sign in with your 4U VIP account number or username and your password.
  3. I forgot my password. What should I do?
    4U VIP members can get easy instructions for setting a new password.
  4. Will my information be kept secure? How will 4U Resort protect my privacy?

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION

  1. Do I have to send my credit card over the Internet to book a reservation? Is your reservation processing secure?
    A credit card is required for all reservations made via 4U Resort.com. For your protection, the reservation processing is handled on a secured server that encrypts your credit card information.

  2. Do I need to guarantee my reservation with a credit card or some form of deposit?
    Yes, a credit card is required in order to guarantee reservations made online.
  3. Will my credit card be charged prior to my arrival at the Resort?
    In some cases, a deposit will be charged prior to your arrival at the Resort. Guarantee policies vary by season. If the 4U Resort demands requires a credit card deposit, your credit card will be charged as soon as the Resort can process it.
    To determine whether your credit card will be charged prior to your arrival, please read the cancellation and deposit policy that displays as you make your reservation online. This information displays immediately below the credit card number field. It may also be seen by following these steps:

  4. Which credit cards can be used to guarantee a reservation?
    The following credit card types are generally accepted for reservations on 4U Resort.com

    Australian BankCard

    Euro / Mastercard
    Visa
    As you make a reservation online, the credit card types accepted at that appear in a drop-down box next to the field where you type your credit card number.

CANCELING / CHANGING AN ONLINE RESERVATION

  1. How do I cancel or change a reservation I have already made?
    You may cancel or change your reservation online using your first name, last name, and reservation confirmation number or credit card number. Your details will be sent securely.
    Some reservations may not be retrievable online. If you have problems retrieving your reservation, please contact us.
  2. If I cancel or change my reservation, will I get a refund or credit? Will I have to pay any fees?
    Cancellation and deposit policies vary by the Resort and confirmed rate. The policies regarding your specific reservation are provided at the time the reservation is made. They are also provided in online, email, written and faxed confirmations.

  3. Will I be charged a night's stay if I arrive late or miss my arrival date?
    Reservations that have been guaranteed with a credit card and/or deposit are held for you until arrival. If you do not arrive at the Resort on your scheduled arrival date, cancellation policies will apply.

  2. Am I check-in early or late?
    Requests for early check-in or check-out are honored as space permits. If the Resort is full, we may be unable to grant your request. However, you are invited to store luggage and enjoy the facilities until your room becomes available.
  3. What if I have to check out of the Resort prior to my scheduled departure date?
    Early departure fees may apply for checking out prior to your scheduled departure date. For specific details regarding these potential fees, please check with a Front Desk Associate or contact us prior to your arrival.
  4. How can I get a Password online?
    Visit Forgotten Password, enter your user name or 4U VIP account number, email address currently in your profile and click 'Continue'. 4U VIP will email you a temporary password that you can use to access the site and set your own password.
  5. My E-mail address is outdated. How can I make it current when I don't know my Password?
    You can visit Forgotten Password, enter your user name or 4U VIP account number and select to have a password mailed to your postal address. 4U VIP will mail you a temporary password that you can use to access the site and set your own password.
  6. If I sign in on 4U Resort.com will I need to sign in on 4U VIP separately?
    No, only one sign in is required.
  7. Why do I need to sign in again to book reservations when I clicked the option to "Remember Me?"
    The 4U VIP web page uses cookies that are designed to allow a member to quickly access their account. For your security, we require you to re-authenticate your sign in by entering your password; your user name is pre-populated, one time during each session to access certain functions. In addition, your cookie is cleared each time you click the Sign Out link on 4U VIP.
  8. I can't get into my account. What am I doing wrong?
    To access your account you must provide a valid username or account number and your password. Please ensure you have entered your sign in information correctly. If the problem persists, please contact 4U Resort Customer Service.
  9. Can I get an upgrade when staying at a 4U Resort for being a 4U VIP?
    Membership in the 4U VIP program does not guarantee a room upgrade. We do offer awards that can be used to upgrade reservations that are booked on a full standard rate. Please see the Awards Chart for details.
  10. Is there a printable version of the Terms and Conditions?

  12. If I pay for more than one room, will I receive bonus points for all rooms?
